Brunel University

Brunel University London is located in Uxbridge, an area of West London. It was founded in 1966 and named after the legendary Victorian engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. An impressive, single site university, everything is within a 10-minute walk and the campus has all a student would need close by, ensuring an easy and safe student life. Uxbridge has a direct tube service to the heart of London and all the world-famous sights and landmarks that every student visiting the UK would like to see.

Academics

  • English Levels: Elementary (A2) - Advanced (C2).

  • Class Size: Maximum 15 students per class.

  • Number of hours tuition per week: 15 hours.

  • Placement test: Test on arrival.

 

NB: We occasionally receive requests for students outside of our minimum/maximum age range who wish to come as part of a group. We review each of these special requests individually and undertake a risk assessment to ensure it will not negatively affect the safeguarding and welfare of anyone in our centres. Final decisions will be made by the Designated Safeguarding Lead and the Admissions Team will notify the requesting party of the outcome.

All facilities are on the main campus, accommodation, catering and classrooms. There is a large sports hall available along with communal areas for activities.

WiFi is available throughout the campus, including the accommodation.

Laundry

Bedrooms are cleaned weekly including a change bed of linen. Towels are provided. Additional laundry facilities are available from 0800-22.30 daily. Laundry services operate using a pre-paid card and cost between £6 & £7 per wash/dry.
